    Ricardo Blach is CEO of Greenmont Ventures and a growth equity investor with over 17 years of experience partnering with entrepreneurs to build category-leading companies in energy transition infrastructure, financial technology, and digital media. Leading investment activities since 2012, Ricardo formally structured Greenmont’s investment platform in 2017 and reorganized it as Greenmont Ventures Ltd in 2022. He is known for his hands-on approach, combining patient capital with active board involvement and strategic guidance across multiple investment cycles.

    Ricardo currently serves as Chair of Grupo Visalia, Spain’s largest independent vertically integrated energy operator, and as Non-Executive Director of 2btube, the leading Spanish-language digital media group with over 500 million subscribers. He previously served as a board director of Miami International Holdings (MIAX), supporting the company through its growth into a national US market infrastructure provider and major NYSE IPO, and as a director of LedgerX, the first CFTC-regulated cryptocurrency derivatives exchange acquired by FTX.

    Ricardo’s sector focus includes energy transition, market infrastructure, fintech, and technology-enabled B2B services, with a track record of performance across Europe, North America, Latin America, and the Middle East. He holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University College London, an MSc in Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation Engineering, and an MPhil in Artificial Intelligence from City University London.

    Elias Neocleous is a distinguished figure in both business and legal domains, celebrated for his profound expertise in corporate law, international tax planning, and financial services. He is the Managing Partner at Elias Neocleous & Co LLC, a leading law firm in Cyprus renowned for its innovative practices and exceptional client service.

    With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Elias has earned widespread recognition for his counsel to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on intricate legal and regulatory matters. His strategic acumen and deep understanding of global business dynamics make him a trusted advisor in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.

    Beyond his legal pursuits, Elias is an entrepreneur, having founded several companies in the tech sector as well as holds equity and board positions in real estate and private equity companies.

  • Director

    Jean Donnet is a director of Greenmont Ventures and an attorney at law admitted to the Bar of Geneva. With a legal career spanning more than three decades, Jean advises on international corporate and commercial law, tax, and cross-border structuring matters. He is a partner at Nomea Avocats SA in Geneva and has served as a director for a range of private companies and investment vehicles across Europe.

    Jean holds a law degree from the University of Geneva and brings fluency in French, English, and German to his international client work. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, international transactions, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. Jean’s broad experience and pragmatic advice are valued in the oversight and strategic direction of Greenmont Ventures and its portfolio companies.

  • Compliance Officer

    Michalis Loizou is a qualified accountant, with over 30 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, compliance and taxation.

    For many of these years he has worked as auditor for two major accountancy firms in Cyprus, rising up to the position of Director of Audit.

    In the last 10 years he has specialised into AML and regulatory compliance, obtaining the Advanced and AML certificates of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and becoming the Compliance Officer of an administrative service provider and a fund in Cyprus.

    He holds a BA (Econ) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
